All orders are executed on-line. In special cases, telephone orders are permitted. An order is completed once the customer will receive a copy via email of acceptance thereof. In this regard, the customer is required to verify the order summary and report promptly any possible error or discrepancy. 

Prices and availability 

VAT will not be included in orders from USA and Extra UE Nations according to dell’Art. 8, co. 1, lett a), D.P.R. 633/1972.
If the goods ordered were not available at this time JustSicilia.it will strive to give timely notice to the customer, indicating also the possible delivery date.

Right of withdrawal (D. Lgs. 06/09/05 N ° 206)

As required by applicable law JustSicilia.it Customers are guaranteed satisfaction or your money back with the ability to repay, without penalty, purchased products within 10 working days of receipt, by giving notice to info@justsicilia.it . JustSicilia.it will reimburs you the amount paid within 30 days of return of the same.

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal:

To request a refund you must send a registered letter AR address of JustSicilia.it not later than 10 working days from receipt of goods. The communication of claim may also be sent by fax or e-mail, as long as confirmed by letter within 48 hours.

The consumer must also return at his own expense, the goods covered by the withdrawal, intact in its entirety within 15 days of the withdrawal.
According to the law that the consumer has fulfilled all the obligations described will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the same goods covered by the withdrawal.

From time to time be agreed with the consumer, the form and terms of reimbursement.

The cost of the return shipment of the product is borne by JustSicilia.it only if the product does not conform to what was ordered or is damaged or spoiled.
